Cannon and Hot Sauce both understood I wanted an edgier sound for this project. We were able to accomplish that and I am more than positive our fans will love it and want more.”
The alternative R&B singer/songwriter has continued to receive a lot of buzz with his music being described as multi-faceted. Jovan Dais quickly rose to notoriety in 2009 when he partnered with The Aphilliates to release Rhythm & Streets. Later that year, Dais was featured on Baby by Me, a chart-topping single with platinum selling rapper/actor 50 Cent. During that same year, Dais also reformed and renamed his production company Dawson Dais with good friend and business partner, super-producer Hollywood Hot Sauce; a top selling producer responsible for hits with Robin Thicke, Limp Bizkit, Chris Brown, 50 Cent, Usher and Jay-Z.
Hollywood Gang Presents Jovan Dais: Sex Sells Hosted by Don Cannon will be Dais fourth mixtape release since 2005. Previous mixtape projects include 24: Season One and 24: Season Two each hosted by Don Cannon.
