Last night Sept 30, 2011 Tea and Honey Blends hosted an ultra fabulous Beauty Lounge at The Glambar Salon. Guest enjoyed cocktails, massages, manicures, makeup by Lamik Beauty and the Look by Joi and Hair Styling. This chic event was hosted by So-So Def recording Artist Dondria. I mixed and mingled and had a great time, and most importantly met some awesome new people.
Tea and Honey Blends was cofounded by Dr. Tiffani Bailey Lash and Dr. Tashni - Ann Dubroy. As young women of color engaged in Chemistry, they decided to utilize their innovative scientific knowledge to create a unique hair care product line designed to suit the needs of various hair textures in the ethnic market. The two met while pursuing doctoral degrees at North Carolina State University and realized they had a common vision to formulate hair care products to enhance the beauty of ethnic hair without using harsh chemicals. After years of formulating the right blend of natural ingredients, the ladies have developed a product line that truly promotes healthy hair. Tea and Honey Blends has received triumphant recognition from numerous master stylists and their clientele. In 2009, they took their vision to the consumer market and now Tea and Honey Blends is the fruit of their labor.
