For women of darker skin tones, finding base products to complement our complexions can be tough. Nars is seeking to change that by introducing its Pure Radiance Tinted Moisturizer for spring 2012 in nine shades suitable for all ranges of brown girls.
"This is a lot of shades for tinted moisturizer, but we feel strongly about speaking to a global consumer," Louis Desazars, CEO of Nars Cosmetics, told "Women's Wear Daily."
The new tinted moisturizer is formulated to not only serve as a subtle cover up under pressed powder or used alone, but it also promises to deliver antiaging and skin brightening properties, too. We love that it includes SPF 30 (a MUST for every day wear, ladies!) and is intended to reverse hyperpigmentation. The product is enriched with with Vitamin C, which is proven to to brighten dark spots, and antioxidants from the Oceana saffron plant. Now that sounds like a winning combination indeed!
