The Project Health: Communities of Faith Challenge, presented by CVS/pharmacy, is a fun, empowering way for church communities to unite and make 2012 healthier for everyone. At theProject Health: Communities of Faith Challenge, individuals can earn points for their church by participating in a number of free activities including blood pressure and glucose screenings, professional consultations, diabetes management education, interactive games, easy exercise sessions and much more.
The church with the most points will win a donation of up to $2,500 from CVS/pharmacy for their health and wellness outreach. Even if you’re not connected with a church, you could win $500 when you share your video essay describing the steps that you, or someone you know, have taken to combat diabetes and live a healthier life.
