Kalenna (formerly of Diddy Dirty Money), made the rounds in LA during BET Weekend working rigorously in studio sessions (Kalenna is also an accomplished songwriter), while making appearances at private events to introduce herself to media, tastemakers, and the like as a solo artist to watch. The blonde bombshell hosted an industry night at Bugatta, sponsored by Courvoisier, and attended by actors Jason Weaver, RonReaco Lee (star of BET's Let's Stay Together), Keith Robinson (Dreamgirls) and more.
Kalenna also met with the marketing staff at Complex magazine during a rooftop soiree, attended Necole Bitchie's "Bitchie Night Out" Pre-BET Awards party at Cafe Entourage, celebrated with La La at her invite only birthday brunch at Bagatelle, sponsored by X-Rated Fusion, while simultaneously filming for a future episode of La La's Full Court Life. The week's festivities lead up to Kalenna walking the red carpet for the first time ever as a solo artist at the BET Awards, wearing a white flowing floor-length gown by RAW and custom Zigi platforms. Post-awards, Kalenna attended Interscope's official after party at Blvd 3 where she partied with executive, Jimmy Iovine, and numerous recording artists.
