On Monday March 22, 2014 I had the pleasure of participating in the Captain America: The Winter Soldier Atlanta Press Day. Opening April 4th and directed by Joe and Anthony Russo, "Captain America: The Winter Solider" also stars Sebastian Stan, Scarlett Johansson, Samuel L. Jackson, Cobie Smulders, Haley Atwell, Toby Jones, Emily VanCamp, Max Hernandez, Frank Grillo, Georges St-Pierre and Robert Redford.
Anthony Mackie plays the iconic role of The Falcon, a character that was first introduced in 1969. The Falcon has a significant place in Marvel's comic book history, known as the first African-American superhero in mainstream comic books. Nate Moore is one of the few African American producers at Marvel, and was integral in bringing this character to vibrant life.
During the Roundtable Discussion Anthony Mackie and Nate Moore answered various questions from the Atlanta press and expressed so much excitement for the film. I was able to ask Anthony Mackie throughout his career what has been his favorite character to play?
