So I'm sort of late to the party, but I'm loving Revlon's new ColorBurst Matte Balm. I've been rocking the "UNAPOLOGETIC" shade and I love it. Even though it isn't truly matte the color is beautiful and bold. Its infused with Shea, Coconut and Mango butters so it keeps your lips moisturized.
EXPERT TIPS LIPS:
For a polished and perfect lip look, apply foundation on and around the lips before lip color. Foundation helps to prep the lip area for a more flawless application and helps lip color last longer.
