Black Opal Color Splurge Luxe Lipsticks are very hydrating, you don't have to worry about these matte lipsticks drying your lips because they are infused with vitamins A, C and E, giving you moisturized and conditioned lips, allowing for a very smooth and easy application. I usually outline my lips with a lip pencil before applying any matte lipstick and I loved that I didn't have to do that with this product.
