Mirvaso: Break Up With Your Makeup

Rosacea is not a skin condition that is normally associated with skin of color. A main feature of rosacea is redness and inflammation of the face. But rosacea does occur in people of color and is often undiagnosed or misdiagnosed.

I know you are asking yourself what is rosacea? It is also termed as “adult acne”, it is a chronic skin disorder characterized by facial redness orpapules (bumps) that may be confused with acne, and other skin disorders. The condition affects more than 16 million Americans, typically between the ages of 30 and 50 years old. More women have rosacea than men.

The skin is your body's largest and fastest-growing organ and its important to feel beautiful in your own skin. In order to keep your skin clear you must understand what may causing the breakouts such as certain foods, climates, and stress and try to avoid them.

To reduce or control your Rosacea symptoms and to minimize its damage to your skin, follow these tips.
  • Drink a lot of Water
  • Eat plenty of Fruits and Veggies
  • Exercise Regularly
  • Keep your hands off your face
  • Researchers have found that when rosacea sufferers wash their faces with a sonic skin-care brush (Clarisonic Skincare System), their skin calms down.
  • Mirvaso is an easy-to-use daily gel that can be used to reduce redness that is reported to last up to 12 hours

With these tips you can breakup with your makeup and reveal your beautiful glowing skin.  Mirvaso is also asking my readers to Enter for a chance to win a star-studded walk down the red carpet at the 2014 Emmy Awards.
