On Saturday November 15th 2014, I had the opportunity to have Brunch and Conversations with the one and only Betsey Johnson at Belk South Park Mall in Charlotte, North Carolina. She was everything I hoped she would be and more. Betsey was so down to earth and personable. We talked about how she broke into the fashion scene in New York City in the 1960s and even though she’s had ups and downs she is still thriving today. She discussed her DWTS experience, and how she's excited to be returning for the All-Stars show on Nov. 25 during the finale.

I have to thank the great people over at the Charlotte Regional Visitors Authority they assisted me with my visit to Charlotte, NC. I stayed at the beautiful Hampton Inn and Suites at Phillips Place it was 2 mins away from South Park Mall. I loved my room and the special gift baskets that awaited me. I stayed in a King Suite and it was so comfortable. This was my first time visiting Charlotte the city was so beautiful and the staff at the Hampton Inn and Suites were so inviting. I can't wait to visit again.
