This women-founded, plastic-free beauty brand, is expanding their wings even further throughout the U.S, and is here to prove that your self-care routine doesn't need to come at a cost for quality or the environment.

• Who are the founders?  The brands founders Allison & Arden Teasdale are sisters who want to ban the bottle for life!  They created Unwrapped Life out of a concern for how greatly the earth is suffering, and were horrified to see how much damage was being done by plastic alone.  Their goal is to take action and help people make the switch to a low-waste lifestyle. 

• Why go plastic free?  With over 8.3 billion metric tons of plastic produced since the 1950s, only 9% of that has been recycled, 12% has been incinerated, and a whopping 79% has accumulated in landfills over the years. The United States alone sends roughly 552 million shampoo bottles to landfills each year, and by the year 2050, it’s possible that 12 billion metric tons of plastic waste will reside in landfills or in the natural environment.
